Saturday Lunch Raffle

Box lunches will be available on Saturday inside the Desmond. It is recommended you purchase in advance as there is a twist – the lunch will include a raffle! 

By pre-purchasing the lunch option when you register, you are guaranteed a lunch and your registration packet will include a ticket with six perforated tabs. The perforated tabs are to be placed inside an entry container marked for and next to an item available in the raffle. You may place any number of perforated tabs in an item container from one entry to all six, you decide. The items available for the raffle will be available for perusal in the registration area as well as listed on the website and Facebook page. Once you win an item you will be asked to surrender your ticket stub – we want as many people to win an item as possible and limiting it to one item per person will stretch the prize pool. 

Important: All raffle tickets must be in the desired containers by 12:15 sharp on Saturday! The drawing of tabs will start at 12:30 sharp. In the event there are leftover items, we will ask those who did not win an item to come to the table. The person with the lowest stub number will get first choice of the remaining item(s). If any items remain, the next lowest stub number may choose and so on until all raffle items are claimed. 

Also, the hotel needs time to prepare the sandwiches ordered, so we encourage you to buy your  box lunch as soon as possible as there are a limited number of  lunches available.

There will be a door prize drawing for those who purchased a Saturday lunch. Lunches can be purchased via paper form or via Online Registration. Purchasing ahead is advised as there are only a few sandwiches available.
