Box lunch for Saturday is available to be ordered until 8PM Friday night.
Registration is $50.
The Zeffy donation is voluntary. Give any amount you wish. Tips are non-refundable.
This keeps our costs down as well as your registration costs in the future.
Vendor Note
All vendors must have a registration. Your helpers must also have a registration for security reasons. Therefore, buy your registration with table, then buy a registration for each helper. You will be able to do all this on the Credit Card Registration page.

Cancellations or Refunds
1. All reservations and payments for the RPM-Valley Forge Meet including lunch are Final.
2. I understand that I am holding a "spot," so reservations for the RPM-Valley Forge, are nonrefundable. If I am unable to attend, I understand that I can transfer to a friend upon written notice and acceptance by the Registrar and/or the Treasurer.
3. If the RPM-Valley Forge event is cancelled and after other pre-paid expenses defrayed, a portion up to the original amount, will be refunded to those who pre-paid their registrations.

Room Block cuts off at Midnight on March 1, 2026. After this time, the Reservation Link & code RRP will no longer be valid to make reservations. How it works:
Tear off a tab, or two, or three or as many as you want up to all ten and place each separated tab in the brown paper bag associated with the item. All of the tabs in each bag will be dumped into the lucky bunny bucket and one tab will be selected as the winner. Tabs must be in their brown bags by noon with drawings starting at 12.15.
